This studio VRBO has great bones and it’s conveniently located for our needs in Tracy. Air conditioning works great. There’s a mini- fridge, Kuerig coffee machine and a microwave. Changes I would make are: switch the TV stand to ‘kitchen’ wall so coffeemaker and microwave are at more useable height. Put fridge on cube microwave is in to raise it up. Get some softer can lights and add a small lamp on the table between the beds. One bed is higher and nicely cushioned but not too soft. The other, lower bed is hard. I prefer a firm mattress but this one has no cushioning; I would add a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. We will come again.

Had an excellent stay! Perfect for a few days. The beds and couch were comfortable. A/C works great. Very clean.
