Designed by Maurice at M&M Design in 2020, this modern and spacious home is perfect for discovering adventure. The large living area offers stunning indoor/outdoor flow, and the expansive section is perfect for kids to run around. The property is fully fenced and located in a private lane, ensuring both safety and privacy.

- Master Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite and wardrobes.
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed with wardrobes.
- Bunk Room: Four single beds, SMART TV, and bean bags to keep kids entertained after a big day of mountain activities.
The house also features a drying room to store and dry all your ski and hiking gear, as well as outdoor bike racks for your mountain biking adventures.

The house is conveniently close to Ohakune township, just a short walk through the famous Ohakune Carrot Park. This park is an amazing attraction, featuring a flying fox, an obstacle course, BBQs, a pump track, and even a swimming hole for refreshing summer dips. It’s a lovely house, roomy and well presented, cool furnishings and has all the things we need we’d for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in this roomy, open plan house in the Snowmass cul de sac. It was nice and quiet in an ideal location close to town and activities. The house was more than adequate for 2 people as we had 2 extra bedrooms for all our stuff as we stayed for a week. We made meals in the house every evening.
