We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $100 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.

Ample parking is available for up to two cars on the circular driveway, ensuring easy access and convenience during your stay. Please note that the garage is not available for parking, so we kindly ask that you use the driveway for your vehicles. Before your stay, you’ll receive a simple link to complete a quick ID verification, choose between a refundable security deposit or a low-cost damage waiver, and sign the rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. We had a wonderful stay. Communication with host is top notch. The house is spotless. Dishes and kitchen utensils are plentiful. Appreciated having the coffee filters. Also additional touches like charges with USB on the nightstands. There were tvs in the two smaller rooms, but not in the primary bedroom. I may have overlooked that when booking. Not a huge deal. Two things future guests should be aware of, neither of which reflect the owner's hospitality, but are important to note: 1) the mosquitos are thick. Like swarms of them, which made it difficult to spend significant time outside, 2) the water has a strong sulphur smell, which I know is typical when coming from a well. Like I said, neither of these are the fault of the owner, just things that people should be aware of if they matter to you. The house itself, the host's communication, and the SUNSETS are all wonderful, and deserving of an A rating. Location-wise, it's a quick 15-20 minute drive to Sturgeon Bay. We also visited Cave Point Park and Peninsula State Park during our 4-day stay. There's also a grocery store, Marchant's, about 5 minutes from the house. Overall, a wonderful stay filled with relaxation. Thank you so much!

Everything was wonderful! The property is beautiful, and the host was great! When we couldn’t find a lighter to start a campfire with, he even sent an Instacart order to the house with two lighters and some marshmallows to roast on the fire!!The amenities were perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. My son already asked if we could return to this property again!

Great location, beautiful views and easy to enjoy Door County or events in Green Bay. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had, home was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We will be back!
