The condo wasn’t filthy, but there were dirty floors and cabinets and bathtubs when we checked in. I should have read everything three times before booking but there’s 3 bed rooms listed: a king, two twins, and a queen. This was false. There was only two rooms, a king room and the two twins room. So we had to put the kids on the couch and the married couple on the 2 twins. Not awful, but also not ideal. The complex the condo is in a quiet and has really sweet people there and we really enjoyed waking up to the lake; we even spotted an otter eating som fish one morning! It was convent for us, only 8 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Sports Center and less from Broadway at the Beach, where we spend most of our trips when we come! Overall it was a great stay! I would just bring a broom and a mop next time so my crawling baby isn’t eating dirt from the floors!

This property was perfect for location. Easy acess to all areas of Myrtle beach. The grocery stores are close. Gas station is close. The morning coffee and golf watching was nice on the patio. Overall quiet safe neighborly feel. You will enjoy your stay at this property and appreciate the ease of travel to and from.

Would definitely stay here again! Condo was very clean and decorated nicely! Beds and couch were very comfortable and were perfect for us! There wasn’t instructions for how things worked or what was required for pool entrance, we just had to figure things out. Greatly enjoyed our stay here, though!!
