The place was perfect for a couple when we got there. It hadn’t been cleaned. Had to wait four hours for the cleaning lady and then she did a rush job, but it is very easy to clean so I just cleaned it myself and very easy to keep clean everything was brand new and worked well. You do have to walk up 70 stairs to get to it is a great location right beside the Vatican and a train station, lots of buses. Had a wonderful nine days in Rome highly recommend going had a very firm bed. I like it softer so that would be my only complaint. all in all I’d give it a nine out of 10.

Clean room. Check in was easy and they provided local restaurant recommendations. Location was close to train station and walkable to most sites. Enjoyed having a washing machine available and did not have any issues with hot water. Apartment was great.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was super clean and decorated very nicely with plenty of amenities. The lighting was great, the furniture was comfortable, and the view was especially amazing! There was a staff member upon arrival who was very helpful and kind. We appreciated his help getting into the apartment and his recommendations. The upstairs loft was adorable! The only thing I will say is that it does have many stairs to get up to the apartment, but totally worth the climb! Highly recommend!

Lovely, clean, well equipped and functional apartment. Modern decor, kitchen, and bathroom. Be aware of multiple steps ( take your time for the total if 70 steps)… well worth the effort. Quiet even next to the train station ( had windows closed) air conditioning worked well. Pull out bed comfortable but bedroom bed needs a cushioning mattress cover(uncomfortably firm)
