About this house rental
SEA LA VIE is a beautiful modern property with amazing views of the ocean and jetty. Accommodating up to 11 guests, with only a short walk to the jetty, shops, playground and hotel. Beach access is only 2 houses down at the end of the cul-de-sac. Free Wifi!
Open plan kitchen with large 2 door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, small electric skillet, electric hand mixer, island bench with 2 stools. Dining area with large table and chairs, baby's highchair. Living area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, L shaped lounge, small kids lounge, smart TV, Blu-ray player, X box with small assortment of games, books/puzzles, phone charging dock. Seating area with 3 seater plus 2 x 2 seater lounges, coffee table.
All bedrooms with a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, main bedroom with ensuite - vanity, walk-in shower & w/c.
Main bathroom/laundry with separate vanity, separate w/c, walk-in shower, laundry sink, front loading washing machine, iron.
Seaside outdoor area with amazing views, outdoor table/chairs, large umbrella, electric BBQ, pull out clothesline, small area with artificial grass for your furry friends, lockable gate.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x bunk beds plus 1 single bed.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Port Victoria is a small coastal township with a beautiful beach, Jetty, hotel, kiosk, maritime Museum. Wardang Island is only 10km off shore.

Dog friendly by request only- A $100 refundable pet bond will apply - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring your dog/s - number of dogs and breed - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking. We had a wonderful stay at this home. The front of the house deceives the jewel that is within.There was plenty of comfortable beds for our group and the open plan kitchen and two sliding doors that open onto the patio provided a picturesque view of the ocean and island beyond. The setting is beautiful and we would definately stay here again. Thank you for making it available for rental.The beach, however, is not recommended for swimming as there are rocks all along the foreshore and in the shallows. Also, the township is tiny with very few shops and only a corner store open when we were there. It is a must to bring your own supplies, which can be bought at one of the larger towns. The hotel is very popular and the meals were highly recommended. Sadly, despite the sign saying it would be open, the very affordable Marine Museum remained closed while we were at Port Victoria.We highly recommend this rental accomodation.

The house was perfect for two families. The views were spectacular and the home had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home. Amazing location, we walked to the jetty, pub, beach, playground and dawn service. The weather gods turned it on! We had a lovely stay.

Lovely comfortable house. It may be easier to find if cul-de-sac is mentioned after left turn.The beach is not good for swimming and Port Victoria is almost a ghost town.
