great location, accomadation tide and in need of some love

great location

accomadation lacked cleaning and could do with some fresh paint, great view of the beach if you could see through dirty windows

Comfortable but a little problematic.

The location and house itself was excellent! It had everything we needed and it was extremely convenient for our little trip.

The back door doesn’t lock at all. That is incredibly concerning as anyone could have robbed us at any point. We tried to lock it many times in many different ways with the keys provided and failed every time. The dishes were dirty and the towels are unfortunately stained. The location is also difficult to find as it was no where on google maps. The staff also did not seem very hospitable over the phone. I understand we could only check in at 2pm but a nicer and understanding tone about our request for checking in early would have made a world of a difference. Also the outdoor table and bbq were in terrible condition, completely rusted.

Wonderful and glad we booked this little gem

The location at Emu Bay, our favourite place to stay in KI. The cottage was simple, clean, had great cooking utensils and the coffee machine was much appreciated.

Great accomodation and great location.

Great location. the property and location were exactly what we wanted. It was clean and had everything we needed

The only thing that we had a problem with, was the TV remote. It was not always responsive. But we managed to get it working most of the time. Perhaps a replacement remote is all that is needed.

Passable

Location. Clean and tidy

Rear door lock had to wrestle with it to get it to lock from inside. Shared driveway you had to back out. TV had a line through it and remote was held together with tape and card board.and a few channels not working,sound but no picture. And WI FI would b good. No milk for tea or coffee on arrival. Other than those things it was good

The cottage was in a great location and has more potential with some basic care.

The location was good. The manager acted quickly to rectify blocked bathroom drains.

The immediate front and back patio area to the cottage was not clean. The entry mats outside were dirty. The insect screen to the main bedroom was been broken and had been lying on the ground outside for some time.

Loved the place and location. Would really like to come back.

Excellent location right next to the beach. Very well equipped cottage. Felt very comfortable.

Smaller bedroom could do with a little reading light but it’s not essential.

Perfect

Fabulous location and brilliant accommodation. A family of 6 were quite comfortable but it truly was the location beach front at Emu Bay that was the winning point. Clean and great facilities in the property. Very grateful for allowing us to put food in fridge whilst cleaners were cleaning at check in and a last minute request for late checkout, showed how accommodating the management were. Highly highly recommend. Will definitely stay again, but will switch to telstra next time for some phone service (although quite enjoyed the non contact-ability for the 5 days we were there)

Whilst enjoyed being forced 'off grid' with no phone or internet reception, this might cause some inconvenience to some.....but we grew to find it invigorating. Appreciate the front plants are to protect the property from sun and give privacy but blocked the stunning bay views from the property. Would suggest a little trim to maximise those stunning views and sunrises whilst eating breakfast on the front porch, or sipping bubbles at the end of the day

provided everything in kitchen when I need,nice front yard Gardening,rooms are tidy and clean,very good location to emu bay.Highly recommends!

We enjoyed the facilities and location but were a little disappointed in the overall cleanliness.

The view was very nice and the location was good.

We enjoyed our stay but our sleep wasn’t great.

the location is superb- emu bay is glorious. the lounge is comfy and the kitchen adequately stocked.

The cottage was dusty, the view from inside was obscure by dirty windows and the Queen bed is uncomfortable.
