Superb Emu Bay

Stunning view of Emu Bay and long white beach. Kitchen and equipment very well stocked. Wildlife friendly - koalas and echidnas seen regularly very nearby. Quiet apart from the evening penguin chorus which is a bonus. Very few street lights so night sky stars amazing.

Nothing but would recommend visitors bring an infra-red torch (NOT a white light) for viewing penguins with minimal impact or disturbance at night.

Excellent stay and really enjoyed Annie’s!

Situated in beautiful Emu Bay with sea view. 2bathrooms a bonus with group. Barbecue for cooking.

Ceiling fans very dusty, light over mirror in upstairs bathroom needs to be brighter!

If two families, one has to stay below. No that much awesome view... Better photos would better explain this for group higher than 4 people.

This was a beautiful location, house was extremely well equipped and clean with plenty of room for a group

Like a home. Lots of pots,pans, storage, etc. catering for an extended visit perfectly.

Loved the living area. Would be perfect for larger groups of guests. Great tv reception, internet available as well. Outdoor area great, large and plenty of seating. Kitchen and appliances clean. Bathrooms clean, good laundry facilities The view was lovely, spotted a pod of dolphins.

As we like to leave the property in a clean state, we stripped the bed of linen. Found the mattress protector to have several stains that appeared to have not been laundered from previous guests. My question now is. Is all the bed linen changed in between guests?

we enjoyed the house only a few small issues like lamp needed a globe, clock & tv remote neede batteries

the property was clean & had everything we needed

the TV down the bottom only had SBS channels & no air conditioning

4 nights stay, good location to visit Emu Bay

- The location of the property is great, just walking distance to the beach and pier. If you would like to join the tour for swimming with dolphins, that will be super convenient, since the tour will departure from the Emu Bay pier. And Emu Bay Beach is great to chill out for a whole late afternoon. - The communication with with property manager is very easy, she also offer the discount for booking the Sealink tickets. - The water temperature for taking show is perfect, easy to adjust. - Kitchen is well equipped and enough chairs for a big group of people. The sofa and arm chairs in the big living room are very comfy. - 4 bedrooms + 2 single beds in the downstairs living room could accommodate a large group of people.

- 2 bathrooms are not quite enough for a large group, need to queue to use the toilets. - there is only a washer, that will be better if there could be a dryer - we found a big cockroach and a spider in the living room downstairs

A great place to stay with most things you would require on a short break

It was a pleasure to share this family's holiday home. The views were great and it was a lovely quiet location.

The stairs were an issue to us older people and also no dryer only a washing machine. The big trees in the front neighbours house spoiled the full on view. The BBQ being downstairs.....may have been better suited upstairs.

Stunning, perfect family quiet getaway

The contact with the property management was fantastic. Great location, so much bigger than we expected and a wonderful view of the bay. Having the kids downstairs was fun for them and us!

There wasnt really anything we sidnt like The master bed was a little firm for us, but that's our personal preference and with so much space we moved to one of the other bedrooms.
