The Sunfish room is similar to the typical hotel room, except it has a small but full kitchen. The Sunfish room is located on the second floor, and has easy access to all that Fairport has to offer. Walk across the street to the Lyric Bistro, Creamery, or putt putt golf. Walk a block away to the beach going north, or a block south to Jul Beans Coffee and Crepes.

The property is just a block from the lakefront and makes it so easy to enjoy the beach area. Fairport Harbor is a quaint little town with many great places to visit...all within walking distance of this property. We even took advantage of a Friday night festival in the park. The room was very clean and parking was easy. The mattress could use replacing but we thought enough of this place to come back for a second time.

Nice Apartment. Great neighborhood with small town ice cream shop, family restaurant and coffee shops nearby. Could use some improvements… No electric outlet in bathroom. Single cup coffee maker did not work. Local blackout — not fault of owner— but there were no emergency lights in building
