Welcome to Beachwood Escape Dunsborough, nestled between the beautiful Geographe Bay and native bushland, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood on the edge of Dunsborough town.
Get ready to explore all this beautiful region has to offer in comfort with our light and airy, fully equipped holiday home.
Airy and bright 3 bed, 2 bath new family holiday home.
Master Bedroom - King bed, ensuite with walk in shower and walk in robe
Bedroom Two - Queen bed, Lounge area including sofa, 50` smart TV and sliding robe
Bedroom Three - Queen bed and two single beds, sliding robe
Theatre room with 60` Smart TV, Netflix, WiFi.
Well appointed bathroom and separate WC
Open planned modern living and dining area
Wood burning fire - a bag of firewood is provided in winter (June-August) to get you started.
Well equipped kitchen with stone bench tops and scullery
Nespresso machine, air fryer and microwave
Laundry room with washing machine
Large outdoor alfresco area with festoon lighting and BBQ
Driveway parking for two cars
We`re close by and happy to help.
Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
One bag of firewood is provided in winter (June-August). There is air-conditioning in the main room.
No pets, no parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 8 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
