The staff were very accommodating both on check-in where a slight mix up was resolved with no fuss, and then when I left my EarPods behind by accident, they were quickly secured ready for my collection.
Exceptional is tough to achieve. The only thing that would have made life easier, is if communication with the Capsule Transit MAX was possible via WhatsApp.

Introduction of some gluten free option for breakfast would be good.

Location
If you book a room for 12 hour inbetween travel days you expect for this price a nice bed and a good shower. How dissapointing it was to find out during showering late at night that the drainage was not working and the bathroom was overflowing. Just when the only thing you want is a shower and a sleep.
