The room is clean and amenities , clean towels were provided . The resort is a Nice windy place to relax , especially sitting at the balcony in the night , very comfortable .
Hi, just wanted to share some feedback from our stay 😊
The main concern was the room door lock. It could not be locked throughout our stay, which made me feel quite insecure. I understand the owner mentioned that there is CCTV outside, but CCTV is different from having a properly secured room door, especially if something were to happen. I hope this can be checked and fixed for future guests.
For the bathroom, the water tends to flow out easily into the mirror area, leaving the floor quite wet. I had to keep squeezing the floor mat to absorb the water. Perhaps the shower area or drainage could be checked.
Also, perhaps housekeeping could help adjust the curtain/blind correctly. The blind curtain was fixed outside instead of inside, which made it slightly difficult to open.
Other than these points, everything else was fine. Thank you 😊
