Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay, especially my one year old daughter 🥰 great view great room great food great service, everything great.

There was mold in the shower area, just that spot was moldy, but i looked past it because everything else was great. We ate at sepoi sepoi restaurant, pricey but food was good. Just that grill chicken chop quite small for the price.

The room was spacious and equipped with full amenities. We had our dinner at the Sepoi-Sepoi Restaurant, and the food was delicious. The fire show was amazing and served as an added attraction for us. Buggy car service was also available at all times.

The property booked under Ark goldcoast is a private under Golden Palm/Avani. I don't understand how it end up like this. The direction/ location information in the booking not accurate in the booking platform as I arrived confused since the name is not the same. The golden palm staff also mostly confused with this private ownership. Luckily got a person who recognized this private ownership (he told Airbnb 😅 which is not correct too) I don't get the check in details and information upfront but the front desk finally helps. The staff of Golden Palm Goldcoast is super not friendly with us as guest since this is privately own asset under their facility. It's super troublesome to move around since it's very far from lobby to the room required buggy services. The buggy was prioritized the Golden Palm guess instead of us. The preferential treatment is not good. You can only talk to the owner via WhatsApp message and with limited support from the admin and not good treatment by the Golden Palm staff, making the stay inconvenience. The house equipped with heater, but capacity is insufficient. Cannot use the hot water continuously as it's not enough heat capacity. You can't complain to Golden Palm either as this is not asset under their responsibility. The TV standard TV with all the time lagging. So you can enjoy that much. Overall, still good experience staying here, not bad it's equipped with wifi too.But if you choose to be independent without relying on hotel staff support, then this will be good choice for you. Otherwise to enjoy to the fullest, better straight order with Golden Palm. Preferential treatment is really not and you felt unwelcome here as private guest. 😇
