+ The reception staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
+ The Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

+ The apartments also feature a very practical kitchenette.
+ Nice flat-screen Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services.
+ Amazing views from the balcony overlooking the beach and the sea.
+ Fresh towels were provided daily.
+ We were able to check in before 2:00 PM, which was greatly appreciated.
- The property is about a 15-minute walk from Fisherman's Village.
- There are no particularly good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. As a result, we often had to take a tuk-tuk or GRAB to reach the city center for dining options.
- The toilet had an unpleasant smell. Keeping the bathroom door closed largely solved the issue.
- Misleading beach description: The property advertises itself as being directly on the beach. While this is technically true, the beach immediately in front of the hotel is small, poorly maintained, and not really suitable for spending time there. After about a 10-minute walk, however, the beach becomes much nicer and more enjoyable.

Depending on the room you’re in it is good till great. They should be more specific about rooms close to the road. We stayed in the beach side villa. Super place and great pool overlooking the ocean.

Internet funciona bien.
Hay sitio para aparcar coche (si las motos de los otros huéspedes lo permiten).
Buen servicio de limpieza.
Tienes opción de hacer la colada en el hotel.
Caro para lo que es.
El aire acondicionado no obedecía al mando y era muy ruidoso.
Tuvimos que apagarlo por la noche , preferimos pasar calor a ese ruido.
El wc está situado al lado de la ducha con una mampara de vidrio mate, intimidad cero.
Las vistas y la piscina no son nada del otro mundo.
Poca empatía por parte de la dirección, explicamos que perdimos una noche a causa de retrasos en vuelos, si podíamos hacer algo para anular parcialmente o recuperar esa noche más adelante y
