Nice room, very modern however we found it small and difficult to manoeuvre in for several nights. The pool is nice (if you can get a lounger near it)
The shuttle to their beach club is good however the beach club is pricey and very difficult to get a booking at.
The first day we arrived we asked at reception to make a booking for a bed at the beach club and were told there was no availability for the 8 days we were there. We then went to the pool and there wasn’t a single bed free. Lots of people reserving beds and going out all day and the hotel not doing any checks.
While we were there several large groups of Israeli tourists were extremely loud by the pool- kids screaming etc. The staff told them off but they continued it and were loud coming home each night. They even turned up at the beach club and took over the whole place there.
The food and drink at the hotel is extremely expensive so we found ourselves going out for food every day. Seemed really over priced and a shame as we would have liked to use that more. It is a pleasant hotel but a few things could improve it. Some terrible music playing all day at the pool which was a bit annoying. You can’t really walk anywhere from the hotel too so double check the location- we had to get taxis everywhere.

The breakfast was by far the best one we had while staying at this style of resort. The staff was incredibly friendly - specially Khun, who made us feel very welcome and always arranged all he could to make us as comfortable as possible.
Very enjoyable pool area.
The location is a little while from most main city points, although they have an efficient shuttle service that leads you to the main road.
They rely on a in-house app for communication which is a little fiddly and needs work.
