I liked that we were close to Palermo Centrale railway station and to the old-town. The location is pretty much very comfortable and stores/cafés/restaurants can be reached in 5-10 minutes. The accomodation had enough space for two. We almost had everything we needed to prepare ourselves to our trips.
The apartment was packed with everything we needed including AC.
I liked that our host told us everything we had to know, even places to eat.
What I did not like is that 2 out of 4 nights we spent there we did not have hot water for showering when we arrived from a long day. That matters if you plan an early wake-up for the next day. Of course, we managed with the cold water as well but this is something you have to count with I guess if you want to shower around 11 PM when there’s a high demand for hot water.

Ubytování velmi příjemné, čisté. Kousek od centa, blízko staré tržnice.. doporučujeme zajít tam na snídani či oběd, popř. nákup ryb, ovoce atd.
Večer stísněný pocit ze čtvrtě ač se nic špatného nestalo. Palermo samo o sobě velmi nečisté město a to i v turistickém centru. Město jako takové nepůsobí to příjemně. Pláž poměrně špinavá.

The location was perfect. We were a 10 minute walk from the train station and a few minutes walk from all of the main attractions. We were worried when reading reviews about the location being ‘sketchy’. It was quiet but safe. The room was super comfortable and the apartment had everything we could possibly need.
The bus stop was very close by, meaning we could go to the beach without much hassle.
The host was very helpful with whatever we needed. Sometimes the power would trip but this was easily fixed.

Blisko do dworca głównego. Wszystkich atrakcji blisko do starego miasta i atrakcji. Mieszkanie było czyste. Klimatyzacja działała dobrze. Check in był bezproblemowy.
Lokalizacja tego mieszkania można opisać jako Slumsy albo ghetto. Wieczorem strach wyjść. Kuchnia nie była dobrze wyposażona. Hałas okropny spać się nie dało. Imprezy w każdym mieszkaniu wokół nas. A ściany są cienkie i wszystko słychać. Do tego ruch uliczny i nie idzie w ogóle spać.
