A warm welcome to this family home. Larry was very helpful and friendly. The room is quite large and up on the third floor, providing mutual privacy for the family and guest. Tea, coffee and use of the fridge and microwave was available in the kitchen on the ground floor. A parking space was made available in front of the house, off the public road (a cul-de-sac).
I drew Larry's attention to a missing side lamp and a loose toilet seat. In all other respects, the bathroom is large, modern and well appointed. The mattress was newish, but not very firm. I had problems with opening the front door. It just needs rehanging. Small points in an otherwise nice stay.

The place is easy to reach by transit, there is a direct city bus 20-minute ride from the train station that let's you just a street corner from the place. The room including bathroom is at top floor of a family house. The hosts are very nice! It is possible to use their well-equipped kitchen. Excellent WiFi connection.
A small desk with a chair would enhance the comfort of the room. It is uncomfortable to use the laptop sitting on the bed with the laptop on the bed side table and to spend a couple of hours reading in the bed...

Good communication. Key box entry. Clean and comfortable. Nice spacious en suite with shower. Kettle and use of Kitchen if wished ( I didn't use Kitchen ) TV. Hairdryer. Plenty of storage. Flexible arrival and departure times. Great for the 1 night I stayed to work in the area. The room does have a locking door, had read a review that stated it didn't.
Not so much dislikes, however advice for future guests. This is an attic room as clear in photos, so there are stairs.
I made mistakes in not locking the front door when I thought I had, so perhaps owner could leave some instructions?
