We liked that it was close to the city center, we had coffee at our disposal, we had AC whenever, it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, we had free parking spots every day in front of the property.
We didnt like that were a few stuff at the property that showed signs of usage (the shower was taped with scotch, the kitchen sponge was very degradated, the rack for the towel was not properly fixed on the wall), we had ants inside, even though the bedsheets were clean it had an unpleaseant smell that i had to put a scarf on the pillow so that i could sleep.
Due to the fact that we were on the groundfloor and the windows were to the streets we could not open the blinds and it was always dark inside. The bathroom does not have ventilation or any openings so we had to keep the door to the kitchen open for some kind of ventilation.

Punto strategico per raggiungere l'università. Ci sono andata a piedi. Cinque minuti e sei li. In zona trovi tutte le attività commerciali quali bar, ristoranti, supermercato,tabaccheria, farmacia e tanto altro

L’appartamento é molto confortevole, dotato di aria climatizzata, macchinetta per il caffè, letto e cuscini molto comodi, bagno spazioso. Cucina attrezzata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i biscotti, la marmellata e il caffè per la prima colazione e una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo. La comunicazione con l’host efficiente e tempestiva, ci sono stati forniti ottimi consigli. Zona tranquilla, abbiamo trovato sempre parcheggio nella stradina dell’alloggio. Fermata bus e stazione ferroviaria a pochi passi.
A volte abbiamo trovato difficoltà con la serratura della porta interna, la chiave opponeva resistenza, ma una volta compreso il meccanismo é stato semplice, ma consigliamo di sistemarla per rendere tutto più agevole.

La proximité du centre ville, place de parking gratuite au pied de l appartement, hôte très gentille et serviable.
Trop petit pour une famille de 4 personnes, à notre arrivée frigo sale et poussière derrière le lit,matelas du fauteuil mauvaise qualite.Dejeuner trop juste :Biscuit, biscotte et café et thé .Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue la nuit le week-end et odeur particulière dans l appartement .
