Spacious room

Very varied and tasty breakfast, kind and helpful stuff, the room was very cozy and quite. The hotel offers free transfer to the center of Khiva and to the train station. Great hotel, totally recommend 😊

Really nice place. It's a bit far from the old city but they provide a shuttle so it was ok.

The breakfast was a lot of highly processed meats which grossed me out but there was also fruit and eggs.

Easy to say what we liked - the quietness, very local, cultural - basically an experience. Also it was good value for money because hotels inside old city would charge 2x and more and other hotels were on busy roads, thus the noise. Special mentioning about the staff - they were polite and tried to do everything what was under this power and control (but some things were not, see the below section). Breakfast was OK but not outstanding. Pool was nice as well.

Here is what affected us the most during our stay - power went off on next morning after our arrival and stayed off during 1.5 hours. During this time not only electricity but water was off as well so you could not take shower, wash your face/brush your teeth (unless you had water in bottles). This also delayed our arrival for breakfast because I want to take shower first before my breakfast. The above case is probably why most and upscale hotels we saw in Tashkent and other cities have diesel generators but it was not available at this hotel. In terms of decor in the room - I would say that it was probably what a peasant would imagine a luxury would look like. You will get an idea...
