We stayed at the apartment and it was just fine, comfy beds, nice shower and perfect kitchen. The apartment is 20 mins walk from the North gate. The owner was very efficient and was available all time with any request. He also arranged our pick up from Urgench and an excursion and transfer to Bukhara which went also very well done. Strongly recommend

Nothing

I can't say enough good things about our stay in Khiva in this apartment. We had 4 nights and even before arrival, Akbar made every step incredibly easy. he was always helpful even before we got to town. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the center of Khiva (Ichan Khala) but we always walked and it was very easy. The area is really nice, full of families and children, very safe and has a huge bazaar very close by, where we did our shopping and cooked in the house, which is really well equipped. There is AC in the house (not directly in the room, but i cools down enough) and there are many details that make the space incredibly comfortable. If anything is missing, Akbar will make sure you are covered. They also have a property in the center and you can use the rooftop or visit (it's really high, so the view is fantastic) Akbar helped us with reastaurants, suggestions, logistics (taxis, transfers) and we felt incedibly comfortable. We loooooved our stay. For us it was the perfect space to stay. We could not have wished for anything better.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. THANK YOU, Akbar, for all your support and love for what you do. Norman and myself are very grateful for everything you did for us.

A pleasant apartment about a 15 minute walk from Ichon Qala and a 10 minute walk to the Khiva Bazaar (good food shopping). A Yandex taxi is less than $1 USD. Being able to cook makes a nice balance to restaurant meals. The owner, Akbar, gave me rides both ways from the train station. He was always available through WhatsApp and made sure I had everything I needed. A kind, thoughtful man with fluent English. Would definitely stay at his apartment if I return to Khiva.

It was all good.

干净整洁，设施较完善，房东人也不错。

房间里没有空调，只有客厅一个空调，还是不太方便。
