I love the fact that you're off the beaten path, you have your own private garden, and it's quiet. It's a great place to stay and dog friendly too. You're in walking distance from a couple of corner shops, a pub and the beach, Ryde is within walking distance too. Buses are frequent and reliable as well.
There is nothing I didn't like.

The positives were the enclosed garden for our dog. The hut was well equipped and comfortable. It was in quiet area, very close to Appley park and the beach which is what we wanted.
The bedding and towels were clean. The sink and fridge were also clean. The bathroom sink and toilet also appeared to be clean.
There were cobwebs and dust on every surface both inside and outside of the hut. The windows were dirty. The shower was grubby and the shower trap was disgusting, it was black and full of hair. The large table in the garden was covered in bird poop. The outside tables and chairs were covered in dust and had to be cleaned before they could be used. The grass needed cutting and there were weeds coming through the fences. The bolt on the gate did not fasten.
The hut could and should have been lovely but it has been neglected and not cleaned properly in a long time
There was also nowhere to put any clothes so had to buy a clothes rail and hangers which i have left behind for others to use.

The keyboard was easy to find with the map provided. I liked that I was able to lock from the inside.

It had some quirky features, with the potential of being something quite nice.
It wasn’t that clean and the bed didn’t even look freshly made. The bed was uncomfortable and missing some slats. No where to sit and eat. Would have been nice to have a hairdryer too.
Property is surrounded by houses and didn’t feel very private for a holiday.
