I loved that the property was updated, especially the Plank flooring instead of carpet, to me, it felt cleaner. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable and plentiful, the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, I didn't want to get out. For me the rooms gave me everything I feel is important without the frills that I never use.
The coffee maker had a used coffee pack in it. from the previous renter.

Small quaint location. Rooms were clean. Ice maxhine would be nice not just trays in freezer. Bed was comfy.

The property was convenient for a one night stay, right by the water and close to the downtown
Floor in the bathroom was dirty, the couch in the room was tiny, the bed was uncomfortable and air unit was extremely loud … we also paid $200 which was extremely overpriced for this SMALL room
