ロケーション 1Fに24時間営業のショップと酒屋があります。
清潔で洗濯機があるのでかなり便利。
洗濯物干しラックもあります。
シャンプー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシは質は良くないですが助かります。
清掃は4 daysに一回ですがタオル交換は申し出ればしてくれます。
Self check-in なのでビルの入り口のロックをボタン式ロックで開け11Fに行くと受付があります。
事前に入館方法を教えてくれますので問題ないと思います。
アルマトイに来たらまたここに泊まります。
特にないですね。
入室した時に1匹ハエがいましたが窓から外に出して問題なく過ごせました。

I wish I could say something on the subject
I was looking forward to my stay here but unfortunately the manager ditched me in the middle of the night… I told her in advance that I would arrive at 2 am and she assured me that that is fine. She told me to call her, but when I did–multiple times–her phone was unavailable. I eventually was able to find my way into the hotel by asking passersby (there were no signs at all, and finding it was a difficult task because it’s located in a residential building among regular apartments). When I went up, an old lady was there but she couldn’t help with the check in and was indifferent it my situation. The manager didn’t respond and so after 15-20 minutes I had to leave and search for another place to stay which was extremely difficult and kind of scary as a solo female traveler in a new city in the middle of the night.
