Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione termini, ci sono in zona alcuni locali dove mangiare.
Struttura un po’ buia al piano terra, la “colazione” inclusa consiste in brioches confezionate non farcite ed un bollitore con bustine di te e caffè solubile. Non particolarmente gentile la proprietaria/gestore al telefono.

Posizione comoda, vicino alla stazione Termini, alla metro e possibilità di viaggiare sia con bus pubblici che privati per visitare Roma.

Purtroppo si sentiva troppo rumore di notte, ma essendo vicino la stazione c'era da aspettarselo.

La habitación era grande y espaciosa, el personal fue amable y tenías la oportunidad de hacerte un café o aromática. Está cerca de la estación del tren y si quieres caminar para conocer los lugares turísticos está bien
Encontrar la puerta del alojamiento es un poco confuso, de resto todo muy bien fue de todos los alojamientos que más me gustó muchas gracias

We arrived late, and Rosa was super easy to communicate with. She gave us clear instructions, and we had no issues at all. The apartments are very close to the train station, which was one of the main reasons we booked them. They are also very close to the tube station and the city centre. Although the apartments are located near Termini, the street itself is quiet, with a few lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a private bathroom. There's a small kitchenette with kettle, coffee, teas and croissants. We didn't use it, but it's nice to have if you want to use it. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would happily recommend it.
The room was very cold (mind you, this was the first week of September, and most people would probably love it!!), and we didn’t have the aircon control to adjust the temperature. The water in the bathroom was also cut off a few times for short periods, and one morning it was off for a few hours. The walls within the property are quite thin, so you can hear people walking around, talking, the pipes, etc. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.
