简单干净，房间设施齐全，卫生间整洁，有楼底停车场，位置方便交通。
没有接待人员，甚至没有reception，门店也不明显，都是网络联系，很方便但需要事先知道，对老人或网络不熟悉者有些困惑

ツインルームを一人で使っていたので広さの面では快適だった。
・場所がわかりにくい。小樽は街が暗くなるのが早いので、20時過ぎだと探すのに苦労しました。
・三階の足音が筒抜けでうるさかった。
・メールで問い合わせを数回したが返信が一度もなかった。
・結局電話で問い合わせをしたが、日本人スタッフではないのでやり取りに不安が残る部分がある。
・3泊したのにタオルが2日分しか無かった。
