部屋の清掃は行き届いていた。

到着日の深夜から早朝にかけて、2つずつあるバスルーム、キッチン及びトイレの全ての水とお湯が出なり、弱い水圧となった。オーナーに連絡した所、翌朝直ぐに来て修理してもらったが、2日目から再び出なくなり、遂に完全に給湯、給水が停止。オーナー曰く、当該部屋の原因ではなく建物全体の問題にて仕方ないとのコメント。急遽、他宿泊先を自己手配して残りの宿泊キャンセル＋50EUR補償（数日以内に入金確認出来た）、及び移動の車を迅速に手配頂いたことは評価したい。然し乍ら、宿泊先での断水は全く初めての経験であり、如何なる事由であっても発生させてはならない。これにより、予定していた2日間の観光が全てキャンセルとなって折角の旅行が台無しとなった。今後、宿泊される方が安心して宿泊出来る様、日頃から点検を確りと実施して、問題ないことを確認してから予約可能としてもらいたい。

Gute Lage mit freundlichen Gastgeber für einen Trip nach Catania. Gerne wieder.

Zentrumsnah. Zu Fuss kann man die Innenstadt ( Fischmarkt) innerhalb 3 Minuten erreichen. Liebevolle Einrichtung. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Parkplatz in gesicherter Anlage.
