The house is quit new and very nicely equipped .
The pool and the view are magnificent.
The way ti the house is quite rugged and not easy. The owner is quite unresponsive. Other than that the place is amazing

The villa was amazing, very clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. The pool area was great and the views were out of this world.
The road leading up to the property is really bad. We walked into the marina most nights but it was too bad to walk back in the dark so we got taxis, most of them were not happy about going up that road to the villa as it was narrow, steep and very uneven.
Gouvia itself outside of the marina is very run down.

Property is beautiful and spacious.
View is incredible!
Very comfortable and clean.
Beds were also comfortable.
Kitchen is well equipped.
Pool was beautiful.
Too far from town but we knew this when we booked.
Staff was attentive when we reached out.
We did rent a car but one night, We tried to get a taxi and realized we needed to contact staff to find out how this would be possible. but no one responded to my text. I know I had the correct phone number.
The kitchen is all black, counters and all.
If you are a clean desk and plan on using the kitchen, you will feel like you constantly have to clean fingerprints.
Garbage in kitchen could have been bigger.
The stairs are horrible. Definitely a hazard.
If you with elderly or toddlers this place is not for you. We had my parents on the 1st floor bedroom and my elderly uncle on the 2nd floor and were constantly worrying.
