A wonderful, quiet mini-hotel with just 3 rooms. It was super clean, and having a private bathroom in the room made a big difference. The shared kitchen area in the hallway was very convenient, and the balcony was a lovely bonus.
A special mention goes to the beds — the memory foam mattresses on all beds are incredibly comfortable! We slept like babies over the night. Highly recommended
Snacks + coffee ☕ were available.
The overall concept of this 3-room property is fine, but we had a major issue with the bathroom hygiene. Instead of a proper P-trap (siphon) under the sink, there was just a cheap flexible drain hose installed.
Because of this, bad sewer odors leaked directly into the room...
Highly recommend to install proper plumbing.

It was perfect for a night in Naples with an early flight the next day. It's close to the train to get you anywhere you need to go, and the beds were super cozy; the place was clean!
I think if you were staying for longer, you'd probably want to be in a more touristic location, but other than that, this place is great.

Struttura pulita, confortevole e silenziosa. Letto comodo. Host gentile e disponibile. Posizione molto comoda se si hanno impegni in zona Poggioreale / centro direzionale / centro polifunzionale INAIL
Tutto bene. Migliorerei soltanto la colazione magari mettendo a disposizione oltre che il latte anche un succo ad esempio, ma tutto sommato più che sufficiente.
