This hostal is truly amazing! Very clean, quiet, in the centre of Copacabana, 5 min walking from the bus station and from restaurants. We really like it, the best part was the breakfast, big and rich, with eggs, avocado, tomato, bread and spreads. The owner is really kind and help us to find tickets and buses, plus info of the town. They also keep our luggages when we went to the Isla del sol. The best hostal in Bolivia. Thanks a lot!!

Quiero dejar constancia de mi experiencia en este alojamiento en Copacabana, ya que considero importante que otros viajeros lo sepan.
En primer lugar, la atención fue muy deficiente. La señora que administra el lugar tiene una actitud constantemente de mal genio, con mala disposición y sin habilidades para tratar a los clientes. La atención al público es un aspecto básico en este tipo de negocios, y en este caso es claramente inadecuada.
Adicionalmente, el precio publicado en Booking no es respetado. Al momento de pagar, el valor cambia según lo que ellos deciden, lo cual genera desconfianza y falta de transparencia.
También intenté pagar con tarjeta mediante una aplicación que envían por WhatsApp, pero el sistema no funciona correctamente, lo que complica aún más la experiencia.
Después de mi estancia, revisé comentarios en Booking y noté que varios huéspedes mencionan exactamente lo mismo: mala atención, trato grosero y problemas constantes con la administración. Esto confirma que no se trata de un caso aislado.
En conclusión, la gestión del lugar presenta fallas importantes tanto en el servicio como en la seriedad del manejo de pagos. Recomendaría mejorar estos aspectos de manera urgente, ya que afectan directamente la experiencia del cliente.
