We choose this hotel for its location and also for offering heating in the room. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the heater worked and the water was also hot. We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave very early.

Good central location, quiet at night. Free tea available at all times.
Despite having an electric wall-mounted fan heater in the room it was too cold and the decor was rather drab.

The room was fine and the shower was hot. It was a bit cold in the room but there was a very heavy blanket, which felt sort of like a carpet, so I was warm enough. The breakfast buffet was really excellent: nice bread you could warm up, cheese, ham, avocado, yogurt, scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, tea, cereal, and a selection of fresh fruit. The staff were helpful in carrying my suitcase up a number of stairs.
There was a family with very loud, screaming children who disturbed the peace at night and also at breakfast in the morning, with parents who said nothing to discipline them. I wish the staff could have politely asked them to quiet down. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Comfortable beds, hot showers, good breakfast , friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Situated in the heart of Puno and easy walking distance to all attractions Highly recommended .
I thought there was a shared kitchen when I booked it but the kitchen was for staff only. Tea, coffee , and a microwave were available always in the dining room area so that made up for it
