The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the shower with hot water and great water pressure. Breakfast was simple but very satisfying. Staff was very gracious and attentive. Location was convenient and central to activities I chose as well as to restaurants, shops, museum, churches and plazas. I really liked the fact that the hotel stored my luggage while I took an overnight trip to some islands.
The only thing I didn’t like was the Band playing loud music at 5 am one of the mornings.

- the lady who worked on reception when we checked in was lovely. Probably the nicest person we met during our stays in Peru.
- tea available downstairs at all times
- location is good and the receptionist gave us a map for restaurants, markets, supermarkets etc
- good variety for breakfast
- breakfast is early, which worked for us so we went down just after breakfast started. However, they started bringing additional foods out such as eggs after we’d finished which was a little frustrating.
- the upper floors are a construction site, presumably to expand the hotel, but was a little noisy at times
- there was a heater in the room but it wouldn’t turn on

Very quiet sleep, comfortable bed . I had a private room, very clean and good hot shower. Lovely staff
I did not see the doorbell, and being a solo woman, arriving at night, with no way of opening door and not knowing if anyone heard my knocking, was off putting. I eventually knocked extremely loudly and door was opened. Doorbell is at upper right of the door. White coloured.
