On s'y sent comme chez soi, avec un personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Il faut parfois demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude mais les personnel est très réactif et règle le problème rapidement.

La gentilezza della signora che gestisce la struttura
A Puno faceva freddo fuori ma di più dentro la camera e non avevano un termosifone fisso e neanche uno elettrico da prestarci, spero che provvedano perché è l’unico grosso problema della struttura. c’era la solita finestra che guarda un muro, quindi, come non averla ma è tipico delle strutture in Perù
