Le personnel est sympathique et arrangeant , de plus j'ai pu prendre possession de ma chambre a 7h du matin alors que le check in est bien plus tard normalement .
La chambre est propre,l'eau est chaude
L'emplacement est ideal : 20 min a pied du terminal de bus et surtout 2min a pied de la plazza de arma

Hôtel sympathique, chaleureux et calme, situé en plein centre de Puno
Rien si ce n'est que le robinet d'eau chaude du lavabo qui fonctionnait mal (très petit débit)

Lo centrico y silencioso que es, y lo amable de la joven en recepciĂłn.
La limpieza del baño, y que al llegar te entregan en recepción la llave, tu toalla, jabón y papel como si fuera telo de alto tránsito, normalmente eso ya lo dejan en la habitación.

Las frazadas avrigaban bien para la noche frĂa. Sin calefactor
El televisor no funcionaba, la limpieza puede mejorar, falta proactividad del personal, el desayuno no empezĂł puntual.
