1. Location: Its not far from the beach and restaurants so I would say the location of the property is good.
2. The house was nice and clean and kept in good condition.
3. Bed was nice and comfy with an extra bed for children.
1. The WIFI and the network. You cant catch a mobile network, this might be with which network you use but wifi had very weak signals specially in the bedroom and most of the time wifi for us was not working on mobile.
2. The locks were not intuitive which would give you an impression that there is some problem with the locks but once you figure it out it wont be a problem.

ottima posizione per accedere a tutti i servizi di penzance, parcheggio in strada facile da trovare, appartamento tranquillo ed accogliente, e completo di tutti gli accessori necessari ad un soggiorno anche di più giorni
l'appartamento si trova nel retro della casa, questo però non si nota dalle foto. al momento del nostro soggiorno erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione all'esterno, con evidenti disagi. l'appartamento è ottimamente attrezzato per 2 persone, ma nonostante fosse indicato nel form di prenotazione, ho dovuto richiedere più volte alla host di portare un terzo letto pieghevole per mio figlio (16 anni), che è stato piazzato nell'unica camera a disposizione; il divano nel soggiorno/cucina non è letto, ed il tavolo da pranzo ha dimensioni sufficienti per max. 2 persone. rapporto qualità/prezzo a mio avviso non adeguato alle condizioni trovate.

La chambre lumineuse
L appartement est propre
Le jardin, on nous indique un jardin lumineux mais on oublie de dire que vous êtes au milieu des travaux et des gravats de toutes part

Il manque de la vaisselle ( verres)
Le canapé est très taché donc pour le recouvrir ils ont mis des grosses couvertures à poils marrons, ce n est pas hygiénique, nous n avons donc pas du tout utilisé le canapé
