The location of the apartment was great, not on a busy street, but still quite near the beach and with a lot of supermarkets and cafes nearby. We came by car and a big plus was the parking available in a separate area, there was always a place for us and I would not say the same about the rest of the area, as it gets quite busy during the high season and everyone is parking chaotically where they want, so parking was a big plus.
We also asked in advance if there were any beach towels available to avoid carrying extra baggage with us, and we were kindly provided with them.
The owner met us in person and was really helpful. Everything that we needed was provided upon request, and he was very responsive, also giving good advice on restaurants and beaches to visit.
AC worked fine and no issues with the shower. The bed was comfortable. There was also a kitchenette, but it's rather small, so you can make some tea/coffee there, but cooking would not be that comfortable.
The common area is quite nice with good garden furniture, and you can chill there during the day on the hanging chair.
Worth mentioning that the shower had a transparent door, which didn't bother us, but may not be comfortable for others.
Some small things were missing in the beginning that would have made the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. F.e. there were some dental and shaving kits, but no shampoo. Considering the season of watermelons, we wanted to try some, but there was also no cutting board and proper knife. We were provided those upon request from the owner and the dish sponge as well, but it would be helpful to have these basic items from the start to avoid extra hassle. Kitchen towels would be nice as well as there is no space for drying the dishes after washing.
Though it is worth mentioning that the owner was really responsive and helped us with every request.
I also didn't like that some ants were going around near the door and window and squeezing inside as well, guess it's a common issue in hot countries. We kept removing them, and they almost went away, but it would be good to handle it in advance.
A coffee table would be nice to have when you want to sit on the sofa under AC and drink/eat something.

Eşyalar yeni, mimarisi güzel, Yorgos adındaki çalışanları gayet ilgiliydi.
Musluk ve duş suyu tuzlu deniz suyu olduğunu düşünüyorum.
İnanılmaz bir toz vardı odada. Yerler süpürülüp silinmemiş, aynı şekilde banyo camları da silinmemişti.
Ara sıra park sorunu yaşadık ama hallettik
Mutfakta yemek hazırlamak için ekipman çok azdı. (Bulaşık süngeri bile yoktu)
