We had a wonderful stay at Palm Residences and would definitely choose it again.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always available on WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. Communication was quick and effortless, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The cleanliness was exceptional. Our room was cleaned every day, and the towels were replaced daily, which exceeded our expectations.
We also loved all the little details that made us feel truly welcome. Providing laundry bags for dirty clothes was very thoughtful, and we appreciated that the bathroom toiletries were made with natural ingredients. Another lovely touch was the coffee station with both regular and decaffeinated capsules, along with milk and cookies. The complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival was a wonderful surprise.
It is these small but thoughtful gestures that make a place special. They made us feel genuinely cared for and turned an already great stay into an unforgettable one. We highly recommend Palm Residences to anyone looking for comfortable, high-quality accommodation.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to provide a bit more information about the breakfast tavern during check-in. We understood that breakfast was served at “a tavern somewhere outside the building,” but we didn’t realize it was actually just a very short walk from the property. We only discovered it on our last day, and honestly, it was the best breakfast we had during our trip! I would definitely recommend future guests ask about it right away and enjoy breakfast there from the very first morning.
The only other thing worth mentioning is that the location can be a little noisy at times. This is, of course, not the property’s fault, as it is simply due to the surrounding area. We were traveling with two young children, and fortunately, the noise didn’t bother them at all—they slept well even with the windows open. However, if you or your children are particularly sensitive to noise, it’s something to keep in mind.

The only positive things were the nice rooftop terrace, the option of a parking space, and the location close to town.
There was no staff at the reception, it was almost never manned. According to the confirmation, we were supposed to have an iron and ironing board in the room, but they were missing. I was promised to borrow them for a specific day, but never received them, and no staff were available to ask. The room was not cleaned despite us hanging up the sign requesting cleaning. Long black hairs were on the bedspread, clearly showing it hadn’t been changed since the previous guests. The bathroom had red mold and had not been properly cleaned for quite some time. The water in the shower is saltwater, and you never feel fresh after showering. Toilet paper was not refilled even though we asked for it. Not good at all.
