Location, obviously! So many central London attractions are close by. But more than that, the flat is charming, and spacious enough to fit our family of five. Love the galley kitchen! We had a couple of 34 degree days (thanks climate change!), so the fans really came in handy.
The flat has everything, pretty much – the host has thoughtfully considered what visitors need. Only two things very minor things that the host could perhap consider for future guests. (1) sharp kitchen knife – this seems to be a standard request I make of holiday rentals: it's hard to prepare food with blunt kitchen knives. (2) TV – we only used it once, but we couldn't understand how to get the TV to show free to air new programs. Possibly this is a quirk of the UK TV licence system—or of our skill level—but perhaps some information could be provided to explain how to use the TV.

Cet appartement est magnifique, bien situé et équipé parfaitement
Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une famille de 4 avec deux chambres et un coin repas.
Légèrement bruyant dû aux travaux du moment dans la rue mais nous étions tellement fatigués de nos journées que nous avons quand même bien dormi.

L’emplacement, la décoration, les équipements
La literie n’est pas adaptée à de la location.
L’appartement a une très mauvaise isolation phonique, on entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue (voiture, bus, passage).
Par ailleurs le parquet fait du bruit en continue et c’est très désagréable la nuit. Donc globalement on a assez peu dormi.
Trop peu de vaisselles (2 petites cuillères, 3 cuillères à café, 3 verres à pied ….)
