Location. Value for money. No fuss, no frills guesthouse yet the owners were warm and hospitable.
It’s a little noisy because our room was next to a restaurant and very near to the main road.

Molto carina la struttura nel centro di Ubud . Molto accogliente e i proprietari molto ospitali e attenti. Anche se ne centro di Ubud si e' immersi nella pace e nel silenzio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo preso due stanze spendendo pochissimo. La colazione c'è l'ha portata la proprietaria in stanza, sul poggiolo in cui hanno allestito due sedie e tavolino. Molto bello!

The location is excellent. It's just off one of the main streets but it's very quiet. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, new and clean facilities, friendly stuff
Very bad smell from bathroom because of the kitchen from cafe downstairs every day from the morning till evening. Not recommend to stay now because of the constraction from early morning in front of it. Big cocoroaches but I guess it is normal for Bali
