A fantastic location on a peaceful street, lovely staff and family! It’s a proper Balinese family home.
We had two rooms and one of them had a shower that was unusable and flooded. The other was ok but needs to be cleaned or a new head as it sprayed poorly.
For breakfast, the eggs on toast were fine but the banana pancakes were inedible as they were too thick and completely undercooked. However, the hot flask of water and tea provided for the day was a lovely touch and we will still 100 percent would recommend this homestay😁

Good value for money, great location central Ubud, lovely clean pool
Pool decking/chair covers need repair - Planks are loose and dangerous and covers ripped. Smelly bathroom at times

The location was good if you want to be near the Ubud Market, Palace and the main walking street. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The property itself was a homestay, where you entered through the owner/caretaker's garden, featuring traditional elements. The room is modern, facing the swimming pool. They provided coffee and tea-making facilities, and you can sit to enjoy the drinks while looking at the pool. Its quite and serene.
The unit is a bit run down and the furniture is old. The bathroom shower is a bit rusty, which could be from the hard water. They dont have an iron, TV but hairdryer was provided.
