A great value for a comfortable stay.

The room had all necessary amenities and was of good value.

The bathroom, sheets, and towels were not as clean as I'd prefer.

Better go somewhere else

The location was good and a Alphamart was nearby and it was really cheap to get a taxi to go anywhere, leaving would be the best thing to do at this ''hotel''

The bed was a bit hard and when you got used to that you had to get used to the AC blowing in your face all night at a freezing temperature, since the remote did not work at all. I did not get any breakfast for what i payed and a bottle of water would have been nice. Perhaps the most shocking was the growing mold on the ceiling and the red and white stains on the bed. Maybe the most shocking was the dirty bathroom that should not be used without flipflops. Needless to say it would be better to go somewhere else or only if you can get a big discount.

The hotel location is quite strategic if you wish to go around central area of Jakarta, and the price itself is affordable so it is quite a bargain. The staffs are also quite nice, although the services could be better.

The first thing that really bothered me when I first arrived was the entrance door, it was closed and there were no bellboys or hotel staffs that helped me to get in, juggling with luggage was hard to get through such a large and heavy door. The staffs were just looking at me from afar struggling to get in, it really was a disappointment. Apart from that, it was all up to the price that you paid so I guess it was fair enough. Could be much better though.

smelly and moldy room

We got a smelly room from smelly (blanket and airconditioning) and stained bedsheets and the towel. we are checked in pretty late like 10 pm and we got very bad room and mold in the ceiling and the lobby was hot and dirty we asked the staff to change the room but he said that they don’t have room available anymore. after that I asked them 2 times to change the bed sheets and he said “ oke housekeeping will come to your room “ until in the morning, we didn’t hear from them. we slept with mask on bcs we can’t handle the smell anymore we came back to the reception in the morning and we are really upset . firts they asked us to wait till in the afternoon to get the new room but we aren’t excited anymore and we planned to change the hotel. we are super upset about that. but one of housekeeping manager tried his best to find a better room for us and we decided to stay and we got clean room on the second day. im aware that yellow is a budget hotel, but I expect the room is clean . and im not happy with the receptionist bcs he promised us for nothing. he should do something and not let us sleeping with smelly blanket and dirty sheets

my first yello hotel @manggarai

i love stay here, got my breakfast and dinner for free. The staff’s are good.

good value for money and family friendly

Spacious bedroom, easy parking, games room, good internet connection. We stayed for three days and enjoyed a wide variety of breakfast.

The shower gel was empty when we got there, one of the bedside reading light kept on flickering since day one and you have to get your key card renewed everyday. This last one was a bit of a fuss because if you forgot then you won't be able to enter your room and you'd have to go all the way back down to the receptionist to renew the card. Please make things easier for us.
