Exceptional location: near Piazza Spain yet situated on a peaceful, charming street. The apartment precisely matches the photos—highly convenient, well-organized, and spotless. We traveled as a group of four, including two teenagers, and both beds were highly comfortable, featuring excellent mattresses. Martina, the host, was highly responsive and provided all necessary details efficiently, ensuring a smooth, flawless stay. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay here again on my next visit to Rome.
Honestly, there's really nothing to dislike here!

The location is perfect to explore Rome by foot.
It's a nice small studio in a lovely street and and old but well maintained building. Very charming.
Small supermarket just around the corner.
Small bathroom.
Place is great for 2-3 ppl. But felt too cramped for a family of 4.
It has everything you need.
Coffee machine with capsules was a nice addition!
The airco is a plus especially during the heatwave!
Definitely recommended for a short break!

Apartamento super bem localizado (15 mins da Fontana de Trevi, próxima a praça de Spagna e do metrô), ao lado da Via de Corso, com muita opção de lojas, mercados e restaurantes por perto. Localizado no 4o andar porém com elevador. Cozinha bem equipada (e separada do cômodo principal) com cápsulas de café de cortesia.
Martina nos deixou orientações super claras para checkin e checkout e foi fácil de entrar no apartamento.
Prédio e apartamento antigos (como a maioria em Roma) porém a manutenção no apartamento poderia ser melhor: rodapé descolando, piso com falhas, cama com grades de madeira faltando. A mangueira do ar condicionado fica do lado de dentro do apartamento e precisamos pegar um balde de limpeza (que estava sujo) para despejar a água. A limpeza do banheiro (principalmente do lado de dentro da porta) poderia ser melhor. Banheiro e box bem apertadinhos.

La ubicación es muy buena y el departamento esta bien
El segundo día de nuestra estadía el aire no funcionó más, hicimos el reclamo pero la única respuesta fue que estaba sobrecalentado por el calor, estuvimos dos días sin aire acondicionado con 34 grados, un infierno
