The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look.
There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more.
These could have been a small cost to the Resort for people who are stay more than one night.
Also the rooms weren’t serviced while we stayed.

Great stop for one night to break up a long drive.
The room was clean and had everything I needed, maybe was just a bit dark.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Upgraded to a 2 bedroom and was very comfortable. Impressed with staff, location and accommodation.
Unfortunately due to the season the restaurant was mot open but plenty of food/restaurants in town just a short walk

The resort itself is lovely — peaceful setting, great facilities, and a relaxing vibe overall.
However, the check-in experience could’ve been much better. We arrived at 3:30pm, but no one was around. The dog on-site went off, and ringing the bell only made it worse. We called the resort, and the owner returned — friendly, but no apology.
Our room wasn’t ready either — the cleaner was still finishing up. We gave it another 30 minutes, and all was fine after that.
Without any communication from the resort, we missed out on valuable time up the mountain. On the flip side, if we’d needed the room at 2pm, it could’ve been a real struggle — especially with a toddler.
The advertised check-in time is 2pm, and waiting until 4pm is disappointing.
That said, check-out was easy, and we were sent off with a cheerful corgi, which was much nicer.
A great place overall, but smoother communication expected.
