Come stay in this comfortable and clean home located minutes to restaurants, shopping, Publix and Whole foods grocery stores, bars, Starbucks and Bold Bean coffee shops and Huguenot Park! Your stay includes smart TVs with YOUTUBE TV guest account for live TV, fast WIFI, beach towels, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. The open back patio is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida weather with the outdoor patio furniture, grill and ocean breeze.
We provide a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.
The sparkling clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.
The property also has a free washer and dryer for your use.

There is a Whole foods walking distance in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.

Things to know!
- Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly. We are happy to reimburse one propane refill with a receipt.
-Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual. We would appreciate if guest could take the bins out on the specified days.
-We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, well supplied and most comfortable and plenty of room in the kitchen! All of us found the beds to be comfortable as well.Communication with Coco and CJ could not have been better! Although our inquiries were few, they were extremely responsive!Waking up to a sunrise in the master bedroom overlooking the ocean was awesome! You could also enjoy the spectacular sunrises off the living room balcony. The balcony was quite nice and the balcony furniture was very comfortable! There is no roof over the balcony so with a strong morning sun we did not sit on it. However, come noon or 1:00 it began to get shaded and it was nice. Evening time on the balcony with an adult beverage was wonderful!We really liked the porch on the lower level. Such a nice staging area for your beach furniture and toys for the kids. What we particularly liked about it is you could thoroughly rinse yourself off after coming up from the beach so you tracked virtually no sand into the condo. What little sand you tracked into the rugs on the lower level you could just shake the rugs out so nothing got tracked upstairs into the living area.Upon returning to Jax Beach I would definitely stay here again!

No wiggle room whatsoever with check in/out and A LOT of rules but the home is truly a jewel and undeniably beautiful!
