Sehr zentral gelegen, alles einfach zu Fuß erreichbar und gut angebunden mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Gute Kommunikation vorab und mit dem Concierge vor Ort.
Bett zu klein für 2 und so durchgelegen, dass man die Federn im Rücken merkt. Auch die Schlafcouch ist deutlich lange in Nutzung.
Insgesamt nicht ganz sauber und ziemlich staubig. Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Das Badfenster fehlte komplett, der Ausfluss in der Dusche roch unangenehm, alles im Bad etwas schmuddelig.
Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer waren alt, die Schubladen der einzigen Kommode klemmten stark.
Tv mit nur einem einzigen Programm.
Die Gegend ist zentral, aber ein scheinbarer Hotspot für Dealer. Nachts unangenehme Atmosphäre und zu laut, um die Fenster aufzumachen.

The property was located in a good area, it is a little rough around the edges. But that didn’t stop us enjoying age time there. The stairs to get to the property are very steep. Only issues was the blinds in the main room don’t go down and are all mouldy, there is a tv but can’t really watch anything on it (need to invest in a smart tv). We was lucky enough to get in an hour earlier the staff are very nice, only issue I had was I message her about an issue and she never got back to me. Even after saying if there was any problems to contact her. But we sorted that out ourselves. She was nice enough to help us find local gyms and things around us that might be helpful. There was a bit of mould about the shower.

Prezados, boa tarde! Gostaria de relatar como foi nossa experiência nessa hospedagem. Gostamos bastante da acomodação e da sua localização. Porém infelizmente tivemos uma experiência muito negativa referente a higienização do local. Chegamos a entrar em contato com a Lara solicitando a troca da roupa de cama, o que foi feito. Mas isso não resolveu o problema; inclusive daí em diante começamos a perceber que havia percevejos andando pela cama principalmente a cabeceira e até pelas roupas penduradas nos cabides. Ficamos traumatizados com a descoberta de que estávamos dormindo em cima de um ninho de percevejos de cama( BEDBUG). Por conta desse episódio tivemos que procurar atendimento médico por 3 vezes para cuidar dos sintomas ( coceira intensa e vermelhidão na testa, braços, pescoço, costas, pés etc). A infestação atingiu o quarto( especialmente a cama), mas também o banheiro e a sala. Com tudo isso, tivemos prejuízo financeiro com a compra de medicamentos, além do prejuízo emocional por termos que perder os passeios programados para esses últimos dias de férias.
Essa foi minha experiência nesta acomodação.
