Dirty apartment in dodgy alley. Felt unsafe. Calls unanswered, unmanned reception.

Nothing! Do not! Dodgy alley, no signage, nobody in reception, nobody answers the phones, room was dirty, bedding was not changed, no cleaner. We contacted Booking.com n the chap said we should have read the reviews! We checked out immediately n moved to a Hotel.

Do not stay here terrible facaities and total lack of any customer care

Location was good

Room hot and uncontrolable poor facalities and a total lack of any attention to detail only to be told I was lying when brought up upon feedback. This was supposed to be a nice couple of days away only to be turned into a sweaty uncomfortable stay for me and my friends

good price & good location. The staff on that property helped us our needs.

no proper air conditioning & too hot. The cracking sound of the floor makes irritating & disturbing. Its looks the property its not been prepared properly. Some left over groceries still there. The toilet seat broke. Its looks newly painted but still smell the paint. We still come back here as long everything is fully prepared. Thanks.

Really central but needed a good clean

Location was excellent, couldn't of go any closer to the city centre and Liverpool 1. Decor was nice and modern.

Property was filthy, bathroom hadn't been cleaned, was blood on floor and toilet seat in the bathroom, Stains down the tiles and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. The beds were really creaky. The kitchen what can I say there was 1spoon in the full apartment dirty obviously and the cups looked like guest had used them and instead of washing just put them back in the cupboards. They definitely need a new cleaner with a bottle of bleach or just give the cleaner some bleach of flash.

Muy buena ubicación con muchas tiendas y pubs cerca. Limpio y con buena relación calidad -precio. El personal estuvo pendiente de todo.
