overall it was an amazing experience and would stay here again

the way it has been set out and the facilities within and around the apartment was amazing

couldn’t figure out how to use the projecter. turns out we needed another hdmi cable in order to connect it to laptops/phone. other than that it was an amazing room and would definitely recommend it to others

Always read reviews to avoid disappointment

Great location and James reacted quickly when we contacted him to make some requests for linen, new SIM card for WiFi, although it stopped working in the morning.

No sheet or pillow cases provided for the sofa bed. Sofa bed duvet wasn't clean. The sofa bed itself was still broken and couldn't be assembled. I didn't read the reviews mentioning it was broken, so ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS!! So it isn't suitable for 4 people. Their recommended Wi-Fi wasn't working. Incredibly hot room all night, although not hot outside, so must be unbearable in a heatwave and only 1 very small fan provided.

The property was substituted at the last minute. I do realise it was a very busy weekend in Liverpool and if indeed the property I had booked was actually out of action, I am very grateful that at least an alternative was found. To be 100% fair, I ended up paying £350 for a backpacker style hostel, however I did have non amendable events booked so without this alternative, I would have been inconvenienced much more so than was actually the case. So the review should not be taken as a literal review of this specific accommodation, but as a fair overall review of being swapped to a low quality hostel room with such short notice. Honestly, if it was for genuine reasons then I am grateful. Equally it was done for financial benefit I would find that not acceptable so I have to take it on trust that this was not the case.

The exchanged property was effectively a low quality hostel, whereas I had hoped for a decent apartment, however again, please only take This as a view based on these parameters not the actual property listed, as we never saw this.
