The apartment is within walking distance of Roma Termini, even with suitcases. It's close to the Colosseum, like 15 minutes walk. We were visiting the University of Sapienza, and it was also very convenient.
The apartment is clean, the kitchen (even we did not use it), is equipped with basics.
The entrance and the building are very nice.
The beds were neat and clean!
Also, the host is great and helpful!
The shower doors in one of the bathrooms were loose and too tight to enter and take a shower. The plastic cabin could be easily replaced with a shower curtain for more comfort.
Yet, the other bathroom was better in this respect and we used it most of the time.
