It was a spacious unit with a nice pool and garden view from the balcony. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishware and appliances. Washer/dryer was great to have, the living/dining room was comfortable and the entire unit was nicely decorated. There is plenty of closet and drawer space. The air conditioning works well. There are large TVs in all bedrooms and in living room. There are fantastic restaurants and gelato nearby (many walkable). The vacation rental company was very responsive to my texts.
There is an iron/ironing board, extra blankets, beach towels and a high chair. 4 of the 5 beds are pretty firm. Once you get the key fobs in the unit, they work on the elevators and all property gates, making it easy to get in and out. There are a few maps and books about the island but no detailed info on the area or how to get to the beach (you need to go to G level). The ad mentions a 3,500ft walk to the beach and that is accurate. The unit is as far west as it comes so you are walking over 1/2 mile to get there. There are lounge chairs at the beach, but the foot wash/shower station has low pressure so it’s hard to get sand off. I don’t know if there are bathrooms nearby to use during a beach day. When going to the beach you walk down paths with water and vegetation so there are mosquitoes (but the overall grounds are pretty).
I was assigned a parking space but someone else was parked in it so we had to use a visitor space; security put a warning sticker on our window leaving a bunch of sticky residue we had to spend time cleaning off because it was a rental. The vacation rental company made sure the space was free for us the rest of our stay. The baseboards and trim are very dirty so not great if you have a toddler crawling around (which I didn’t). You get one hand towel per bathroom (not a second one in the master). There are no tissues provided and only one bathroom had a back-up roll of toilet paper. The ad listed “sea view” but there isn’t one from this unit. The ad shows pictures of a beach but that is not the actual view from this unit or this building.

Very neat, clean, very quiet, had a lot of space and beds.
The parking it’s a 3 bed apartment with 5 beds and no one can park due to the visitor being on 6 parking spots. Don’t like that when putting music we got told to turn it off as it wasn’t even loud.
