Lovely flat with everything you need and more, owners left complimentary tea, sugar, coffee and biscuits and toiletries too, also plenty of cleaning products/ cooking products if staying longer. Large kitchen and living area, good sized bathroom and comfy double bed. Was very clean and modern. Great TV!
Flat is within an old style building on a cobbled street, has such character and within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, bars, beach, harbour to name a few, really is in a perfect spot. Owners also let me use their parking spaces at another property nearby which was only a 5 min walk through town to the flat, there is parking surrounding the flat which is free for 2hrs per day using a meter. Owners were very helpful.

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities and pretty much close to all of the things we wanted to be.
Nothing and I'd definitely book this apartment every single time I go down to Ayr.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and modern. Full kitchen everything that was needed.
The fridge didn't really get cold enough. I didn't know if it needed deicing as a large block on the back. Also the washing machine didn't work, although I don't remember it being advertised as being there but there was one it just wouldn't turn on.

was ok for the money.
took about half an hour to get the keys , after trying to open the wrong lock box , having to park about half a mile away to avoid parking chrges.
