The hotel is in a very convenient location and is a modern, stylish and very well-organized property. The overall design is impressive, with three separate hotel wings, each with guest rooms across several floors, while the reception area is located separately.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive, providing quick service and a personal approach.
The hotel’s layout makes everything easy to navigate. Each wing has two elevators, which worked perfectly and were rarely a long wait. A particularly thoughtful detail is that the elevators automatically return to the first floor, so they are usually ready to use when needed.
We also appreciated the security. Access to the guest-room corridors requires a room key card, so people who are not staying at the hotel cannot simply enter these areas.
There are two covered parking areas next to the hotel: a public city parking area and a private, secured hotel parking area. Both are available for an additional fee. Street parking is also available nearby, with hourly or 24-hour rates.
Our room was very comfortable, spacious enough and beautifully designed. It had good sound insulation, a large comfortable bed, a small minibar area with tea and coffee facilities, a refrigerator and a safe. The bathroom was spacious and convenient, and the room lighting was particularly well designed, with different options to adjust the atmosphere.
The hotel is dog-friendly, which was important to us. We had informed the hotel in advance that we would be travelling with dogs and paid the applicable additional fee.
Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast due to our travel schedule, but we are sure, that breakfast is excellent too.
There were some intermittent industrial-type noises during the night. They occurred only for short periods and may have been related to the air-conditioning system or another hotel facility. However, they did wake us up during the first night and were slightly disruptive to our sleep.
Although the hotel promotes itself as dog-friendly and offers a dedicated Pet Getaway package, we were a little surprised that there were no pet amenities in the room. Despite informing the hotel in advance that we would be travelling with dogs and paying the additional pet fee, we did not find a water bowl, towel, treats or anything else prepared for the dogs. This was only a small disappointment, but considering the hotel's pet-friendly positioning, we had expected at least a small welcome touch for the dogs.
Despite these minor points, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable and very well organized, making it a great choice for both a one-night stop and a longer stay. We would definitely return and would happily recommend it to others.

Meeldis, et toad olid suured ja suurte akendega. Väga ilusad vannitoad, kus oli olemas ka šampoon ja dušigeel. Voodid olid samuti väga mugavad. Hea oli magada, sest kardinad tegid toa meeldivalt pimedaks.
Ei meeldinud see, et tegelikult polnud see hotell väga pere-sõbralik. Enamus inimesi käivad päeva ajal linnas vaatamisväärsuseid ja atraktsioone külastamas ja tulevad alles õhtul tagasi hotelli, kuid selleks ajaks ei olnud lastega spaa külastus enam võimalik. Samuti anti kolme inimese kohta (üks oli laps) ainult kaks uksekaarti. Toad olid suured, kuid üsna kesiselt möbleeritud.
